Send your request to order personalized pottery by filling out and submitting one of our simple online form depending on your needs...

Option 1 :: personalize it! :: Select from one of our pre-designed pottery and personalize the many available options.

Option 2 :: i'll design it! :: If you know exactly what you want, tell us all about your ideas and our artist will work directly with you to design and hand paint pottery just as you request.

Option 3 :: you design it! :: If you would like creative help deciding on a perfect personalized gift, then fill out our dot pottery personal shopper and our artist will come up with great custom design ideas to choose from.

You may browse our online catalog of available pottery items as well as preview our many beautiful colors our artist will use to hand paint your personalized pottery.

If you do not see a particular pottery design listed in our catalog, please tell us what style of pottery you are interested in and we will try to find a perfect match for you!

:: STEP 2 :: "Design and Create!"
Once we receive your request online, our dot pottery artist will carefully review it and begin working on your design.

The artist will first complete a rough paper sketch of your design to let you know how it will be layed out and ensure she understands your request. You will receive a proof via email of the sketch to authorize or suggests changes.

With your approval of the initial sketch, the artist then begins painting your pottery and once the hand painting is complete you will once again be able to review a preview picture of your pottery--before it has been fired in our kiln--to approve your personalized design.

Payment information will be provided (see below for more information) and your personalized pottery will be fired in our kiln for professional ceramic finishing.

After kiln firing, your personalized pottery will be ready to ship and be enjoyed for many years to come!

Please allow us with about 10-14 days from today, , to ship your personalized, hand painted pottery. A RUSH order is available upon request, but additional fees will apply.

:: STEP 3 :: "Multiple Payment Options"
We accept all major credit and debit cards for payment. You may either pay with your credit card securely online using PayPal (we will provide you with easy online payment links to use), or we will call you directly to collect your billing information over the telephone. If you have additional time to receive your finished pottery, you may also pay with check or money order.

As soon as we have received your payment, we will complete your personalized pottery by sealing it with our food-safe clear glaze and kiln fire it in our kiln. Please allow at least 3-4 days for kiln firing and Ground Shipping of your pottery.

:: STEP 4 :: "We Safely Ship your Personalized Pottery"
Your finished ceramics will be carefully packed to ensure its safety and then shipped directly to you via FedEx Ground. If you prefer a faster delivery option, FedEx Express may also be requested. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your pottery ships.

Actual packing and shipping costs are in addition to our basic product pricing. Shipping costs are based on destination and total weight of your order, and if it is being shipped to a business or residence address (business addresses are less expensive!). You will receive a shipping estimate for your order before any work is completed by our artist.
