By partnering with Dynamic Patterns dot pottery to sell original personalized pottery direct to your customers, you are able to offer a unique product not typically available other stores in your area.

We provide your business with a simple and direct method to order personalized pottery direct from you to your customers... and then our talented artists will create on demand high quality, lasting, and memorable pottery for your customers.

One of the best features of this partnership is that you do not have to order and maintain inventory levels beyond your display samples because all finished products are produced and shipped only when an order is placed by one of your customers! You just have to sell personalized pottery to your customers and we'll create and ship the product out right away.

Initial Account Setup

The first step to selling original dot pottery at your store is to simply complete our brief introductory form online. After we have received your initial request, we will contact you directly to further discuss the details of our pricing and straight forward sales process. We'll also provide you with a personalized online account page to submit your orders and review your account history.

Once you are ready to begin selling dot pottery in your store, you will order from us the sample designs you would like to make available to your customers. Our artist will hand paint personalized samples for you, and we will soon ship out the finished pottery along with display materials, customer order forms, and color charts.

... Then, you set up your display and begin selling unique hand painted personalized pottery directly to your customers!

How we Create Personalized Pottery for Your Customers

The process for ordering personalized pottery for your customers is a snap!

  • Step 1 :: "Sell Personalized Pottery to your Customers"
    Using your store's display of finished preview examples of personalized pottery designs, your customers may select the style they would like to order. You should help guide your customer through the personalizable options available and describe how the entire ordering process works.

    They then complete a brief and easy order form to submit their personalization requests to you (note: We will provide you with the order request forms with your business name and logo featured only). They may then complete their purchase with you at the time of their order, and should be informed that their pottery will arrive at your store for pickup within 2-3 weeks maximum.

  • Step 2 :: "Submit the Order"
    Before the close of your business day, you should log in to your dot pottery Wholesale Account online and complete a separate order form for each order received that day. Your order will be immediately received by Dynamic Patterns, and we will begin working on producing your customer's pottery right away.

  • Step 3 :: "Our Artists will Hand Paint your Customer's Order"
    If there are any questions with the order information, we will contact you directly to clarify before any work has begun. Our artists will begin painting your customer's pottery right away and complete the kiln firing process in about 3-4 days of receiving your order request. We will then ship your order via UPS Ground on the next business day after the pottery is complete. During peak ordering times (e.g., primary holidays) we will make sure that the maximum time to shipment is with 7 calendar days. Upon arrival of the customer's pottery, you may contact your customer directly to inform them that their order is ready to pick up at their convenience from your store.

    At your customer's request, we may also drop-ship completed orders directly to your customer, but additional shipping and handling charges may apply. We prefer that your business is the only one involved in your customer relationships.

  • Step 4 :: "Complete Your Payment for Cost of Goods Sold"
    At the end of each month, Dynamic Patterns will send you an invoice for the wholesale/consignment costs of the personalized pottery items you sold through your business for the month. The exact terms and pricing of our on demand personalized pottery will be discussed with you directly before our partnership begins.

Safe & Secure Shipping for your Precious Pottery

Your pottery will be packed for safety by a professional!

Shipping pottery requires great care and attention! To ensure that your customized pottery arrives to you safely and in one piece, we have chosen our local The UPS Store service center to provide you with professional shipping and packing.

Your customer's personalized pottery will be weighed and evaluated by the packing experts at The UPS Store to determine the best possible price for your shipping & handling. The finished product can be shipped directly to your retail store for your customer to pickup, or we can drop ship directly to the customer. The economical UPS Ground option also includes package tracking and automatic $100 insurance coverage.

After we have set up your initial sample display order, we will determine a set packing & shipping cost for the pottery items you would like to make available to your customers. We invest in the majority of the packing and shipping costs to ensure that your margins stay valuable for your business.

Once your pottery has been shipped, you will receive a UPS tracking number to monitor the travel of your customer's pottery.
